Oak Meadows – Independent Living – Assisted Living – Memory Care

Oak Meadows is proud to celebrate 20 years in the community!

We offer 62 independent, 48 assisted and 12 memory care-assisted, apartments. Oak Meadows is a not-for-profit organization affiliated with the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ and a member of the Council for Healthttps://oak-meadows.org/h and Human Service Ministries of the UCC. Our full-time chaplain offers ecumenical and inter-faith celebrations, devotional and Bible studies and pastoral care. She also conducts a tenant bell ringing group and choir.

Delicious meals served in our Oak Dining Room, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and are available for all tenants, staff and families on our campus. We are proud to partner with Ebenezer Home Care as our on-site home care provider. We have three full-time RN’s and a part-time LPN, who are here 7 days a week.

We have a small, 12 apartment memory care, which allows us to give personal attention to each tenant. Programs such as the McPhail Music for Life program are here weekly as are many other interesting and stimulating programs.

All of our professional staff members are available to assist our tenants including our 24 hour receptionist. We provide our own private bus for scheduled shopping trips and events. Complimentary Senior Satellite TV (50 channels) is included for all tenants at Oak Meadows, as is Wi-Fi in the apartments and throughout the building.

We are located in Oakdale, which is in Washington County, Minnesota. We have won many awards the past 20 years, including having a day named after us by the City of Oakdale Mayor, Paul Reinke. But our most proud is the tenure of our staff. Many have been here over 10 years.

We invite you to call us to find out more about our amazing campus! 651-578-0676, www.oak-meadows.org
